HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service, shipping times will depend on the destination.
~ UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery aim is between 1-3 days.
~ For other international orders, delivery aim is between 5-7 working days.
I hope you understand that any delivery delays are responsibility of the parcel company and not mine.
Tracking numbers for your order will be provided once dispatched.

USA and AUSTRALIA: £18
CANADA and SOUTH AMERICA: £18
If you don’t see your country here and wish to purchase, please send me a DM via Instagram or complete the contact form on my website so I can advise you on the cost of it and create a shipping profile for it so you can order!

IS YOUR PACKAGING SUSTAINABLE?
We gladly use 100% eco-friendly packaging in all orders, including recyclable and biodegradable materials.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
The pieces are fragile, so please handle with care.
When hanging, use nails or hooks and run into a wooden window frame, wall or ceiling. Suction cups are not recommended as they may deteriorate over time causing your pieces to fall.
To keep them shiny on a daily basis, gently buff them with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, or to remove fingerprints, use distilled water or an ammonia-free glass cleaner with a soft cloth.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM COLOURS FOR THE DESIGNS?
If you are looking to match some colours in your home, or to have a piece in your favourite palette, please send a DM via Instagram or complete the contact form on my website so we can chat about it!
This customisation will have an extra fee.
